Use of the app

Color Analysis provides color analysis, palette guidance, wardrobe tools, and related style information for personal use. You agree to use the app and website lawfully and only for their intended purposes.

Style guidance only

Color analysis results are estimates based on your photos, inputs, device conditions, and lighting. Results are provided for general style and informational purposes only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, identity-related, or other regulated advice.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos, wardrobe items, notes, and other content you add to the app. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload or save in Color Analysis.

Purchases and App Store terms

Paid features, purchases, billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple through the App Store. Your purchase may also be subject to Apple's terms, policies, and payment rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or website.
• Do not use Color Analysis for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not claim that app results are guaranteed, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgment.

Availability and changes

No warranties

Color Analysis is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that color results will match every user's expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Color Analysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Termination

We may suspend or limit access if we believe these terms have been violated or if access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
